This Disclaimer Notice (“Notice”) sets forth the terms governing the use of and participation in the Quantum Maritime Conference (the “Conference”), executed and managed by Vernewell Management Consultancies LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its principal place of business at Dubai Real Estate Corporation, Office 442-9, F13 City Bank Building, Healthcare City, Umm Al Hurair Second, P.O. Box 414919, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Vernewell”). This Notice applies to all individuals, whether attending in person or remotely, who access, engage with, contribute to, or otherwise participate in the Conference or its related platforms, including the QIS App and affiliated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Article 1 – No Legal, Technical, or Investment Advice
All content, information, and materials presented or disseminated in connection with the Conference are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, investment, financial, scientific, or technical advice. No content disseminated through any session, publication, or speaker engagement should be relied upon without independent professional consultation. Neither Vernewell nor the Host Entity accepts any responsibility for decisions made in reliance upon such content.

Article 2 – Editorial Independence and Neutrality
Vernewell maintains full editorial independence in curating the content and participation of the Conference. The views and opinions expressed by any speaker, panelist, contributor, or third party are solely those of the individual or entity and do not reflect the views of Vernewell, the Host Entity, sponsors, or affiliated institutions. The Conference does not support or promote political ideologies, commercial agendas, or lobbying interests and expressly disclaims alignment with any political party, movement, or advocacy campaign.

Article 3 – External Content and Third-Party Platforms
The Conference Platform may link to, embed, or integrate third-party services and content, including but not limited to Zoom, YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, and external media partners. Vernewell exercises no control over such platforms and disclaims all responsibility for their availability, accuracy, functionality, or data practices. Users interact with these services at their own risk and are advised to consult the respective terms of use and privacy policies before engaging with any external content.

Article 4 – Accuracy and Reliance
While Vernewell undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Conference-related materials, no guarantee is provided regarding the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any information. Users are solely responsible for validating and verifying the relevance and applicability of any content presented. Vernewell expressly disclaims any liability arising from errors, omissions, or reliance upon Conference content.

Article 5 – Consent to Use of Image, Voice, and Contributions
By attending, speaking, presenting, submitting materials, or otherwise participating in the Conference, each User hereby grants Vernewell and its authorized partners an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to record, use, reproduce, publish, archive, broadcast, translate, adapt, and distribute their name, voice, likeness, title, and all associated contributions across any media now known or later developed. This consent includes both live and recorded formats for editorial, promotional, educational, or archival purposes. Users waive any and all rights to inspect, approve, or claim compensation for such uses.

Article 6 – No Endorsement or Certification
The inclusion of any individual, organization, product, or service during the Conference does not constitute an endorsement, accreditation, or warranty by Vernewell or the Host Entity. Content, promotional activities, or branded materials presented by sponsors or contributors do not reflect the official position of Vernewell or any affiliated entity unless expressly stated in writing.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vernewell, its directors, officers, representatives, affiliates, the Host Entity, sponsors, venue operators, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Conference, its content, user participation, reliance on information, use of the Platform, or access to third-party tools or environments. This includes, without limitation, claims related to lost profits, reputational harm, security incidents, or network failures.

Article 8 – Assumption of Risk, Insurance, and Waiver of Claims
Users acknowledge that participation in the Conference—whether in-person or online—is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own risk. Vernewell, the Host Entity, venue operators, sponsors, service providers, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, property damage, loss, disruption, cyber incident, or adverse event occurring before, during, or after the Conference.

In-person participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess adequate travel insurance, medical coverage, and personal liability protection for the duration of their travel and Conference attendance. Vernewell and its affiliates do not provide, and shall not be responsible for, any form of insurance coverage, health support, or emergency intervention.

By registering for or attending the Conference, Users irrevocably waive any and all claims against Vernewell, the Host Entity, its officers, staff, affiliates, and service providers for losses or liabilities incurred in connection with their attendance or participation, including those arising from third-party actions, venue conditions, force majeure, or unforeseen disruptions.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
Vernewell shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, failure of performance, or loss arising due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, cyber threats, government restrictions, labor disputes, and other force majeure events.

Article 10 – Modifications
Vernewell reserves the right to amend or update this Disclaimer Notice at any time. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon posting to the official Conference Platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
